there has been a lot of tension on my staff lately. The most serious problem we have is a certain RA talking shit and gossiping about the rest of staff to our residents. It's become a big problem and is starting to unravel our team and authority within the building because the residents are seeing that the staff doesn't get along and one refuses to be a team player regardless of personal feelings. What would be the best way to address the situation? Our RD is even out of ideas.
